ARRIVAL - CHECK IN

Your room will be ready from 2 pm. If you arrive early, we will be happy to give you the free Ritten Card so that you can explore the Renon in the meantime. If you plan to arrive after 7 pm. please notify us in a timely manner so that we can arrange dinner for you.

DAY OF DEPARTURE - CHECK OUT

On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 10am.

TOURIST TAX

The tourist tax of € 3 per person (aged 14 and older) / per day is added to the price and must be paid on site, in cash.

FREE RITTEN CARD

You will receive the free RittenCard upon arrival. It is valid from your day of arrival up to and including your day of departure.

PARKING SPACE 

Free parking in front of the hotel. Covered parking spaces for 5 € per day, limited availability.

RESERVATION-DEPOSIT

Your reservation becomes binding only upon receiving our written confirmation. Upon successful booking, we kindly request a deposit of 30% of the total amount via bank transfer or online transfer to secure your stay.

We prefer cash but also accept Bancomat and the following credit cards: Visa, Maestro and Mastercard.

CANCELLATION - TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY

Sometimes, before you set off on your trip, things can go wrong.
If you are delayed in arriving for your booked hotel stay, don’t arrive at all or cancel in advance, cancellation fees may be charged. To cover your back in case these kinds of fees are incurred, we recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance policy.

NON-SMOKING ROOMS

All rooms in our hotel are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is allowed on the balcony and on the outdoor terrace.

DESIRED ROOM

We are happy to consider and fulfill your wishes. Unfortunately, it is not always possible for us to promise you the floor, location, view and room number within a specific room category.

DOGS

Well-behaved dogs are welcome! Please indicate in your reservation request if your four-legged friend will be traveling with you. Pets are not allowed in the spa-sauna and the garden sunbathing area. If you bring a dog without prior notice, we may need to cancel your reservation if no pet-friendly rooms are available. Some rooms are reserved for guests with allergies. Thank you for your understanding!

Due to the special cleaning work we charge per day for your pet without food :

CATS

We would like to inform you that due to past incidents related to scratching and damage to furniture, we do not accept cats, in our mountain hotel. We ask for your understanding!

SINGLE SUPPLEMENTS

Are you traveling alone? Our double rooms mansarde without balcony are also available for single occupancy. There is an additional charge of € 40 per day. Standard and Comfort double rooms with a balcony are available upon request.

MULTI-BED ROOMS

Are you in a group of 4+ people? We are happy to accomodate you in a larger room with extra beds.
