ARRIVAL - CHECK IN
Your room will be ready from 2 pm. If you plan to arrive after 7 pm. please notify us in a timely manner so that we can arrange dinner for you.
DAY OF DEPARTURE - CHECK OUT
On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 10am.
TOURIST TAX
The tourist tax of € 3 per person (aged 14 and older) / per day is added to the price and must be paid on site, in cash.
SÜDTIROL GUEST PASS "RITTEN CARD"
You will receive the free RittenCard upon arrival. It is valid from your day of arrival up to and including your day of departure.
PARKING SPACE
Free parking in front of the hotel. Covered parking spaces available for € 5 per day (limited availability). Reservation upon request is recommended.
RESERVATION-DEPOSIT
Your reservation becomes binding only upon receiving our written confirmation. Upon successful booking, we kindly request a deposit of 30% of the total amount via bank transfer or online transfer to secure your stay.

CANCELLATION - TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY
Sometimes, before you set off on your trip, things can go wrong.
If you are delayed in arriving for your booked hotel stay, don’t arrive at all or cancel in advance, cancellation fees may be charged. To cover your back in case these kinds of fees are incurred, we recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance policy.
NON-SMOKING ROOMS
All rooms in our hotel are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is allowed on the balcony and on the outdoor terrace.
DESIRED ROOM
We are happy to consider and fulfill your wishes. Unfortunately, it is not always possible for us to promise you the floor, location, view and room number within a specific room category.
ALLERGIES & INTOLERANCES
Every day, our chefs prepares a varied 3-course-evening menu, including vegetarian options. Please note that we do not offer vegan cuisine. If you have known allergies or intolerances (e.g. gluten- or lactose-free alternatives), we’ll be happy to provide a personalized menu tailored to your needs. Kindly inform us before your arrival so we can plan accordingly. For this customized service, a surcharge of € 12,00 p.p per day applies. Please note: We are not a certified allergy-friendly hotel.
DOGS
Well-behaved dogs are warmly welcome in our hotel. Please inform us when booking if you are travelling with your dog – we’ll reserve a suitable, pet-friendly room for you. Please note: Pets are not allowed in the wellness area, the restaurant, or on the garden sunbathing lawn. Unregistered dogs may result in cancellation (limited weekly availability and allergy-friendly rooms). Thank you for your understanding!

CATS
We love cats – but due to past experiences with damage to the furnishings in our mountain hotel, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate them. Thank you for your understanding!
MULTI-BED ROOMS
Are you in a group of 4+ people? We are happy to accomodate you in a larger room with extra beds.
SINGLE ROOM SUPPLEMENT
Our double rooms in the attic without a balcony are also available as single rooms. Depending on the season, we charge a surcharge of € 40-60 per day. Double rooms in the Standard and Comfort categories with a balcony are available upon request. Please understand that during the high season, we do not offer double rooms for single occupancy.
