CUISINE AT ZUM ZIRM

Food that tastes like home.           Just a little higher up.

Family tradition, home recipes and genuine ingredients.

Carolin, daughter of the house, and Christine, aunt, cook together every day – two generations, united in taste. Christine preserves the authentic flavors of South Tyrolean cuisine, Carolin adds new ideas and a modern touch to the dishes.

With honest ingredients, clear flavors and strong roots.

A cuisine that does not need explanation – only to be experienced. Ideal for guests in a hiking hotel in South Tyrol, looking for taste, nature and peace.

Swiss stone pine in the cuisine

Depending on the season, dishes are subtly refined with pine, for example risotto or to flavour fillings for pasta.

The home-made Zirbelschnaps (pinecone schnapps) at the hotel bar makes for an excellent digestif.
