Carolin and Christine both work in the kitchen and offer a wide range offer for every taste.
Christine has years of experience and cooks the „old“ and traditional dishes off the cuff, while Carolin is all about creativity and new ideas.

The day starts with many surprises: breakfast with home-made jams, bread fresh from the oven, South Tyrolean bacon, freshly pressed juices and egg dishes of your choice.

Good old-fashioned delicacies, old recipes from grandma's day, tempting desserts - every day is a culinary delight.

For external guests, our restaurant offers a small lunch menu with daily changing homemade dishes. In the afternoon we spoil you with homemade pastries (also gluten-free) & colorful ice cream cups. Dinner with choice menu can be enjoyed from 19 clock (on reservation).
We also organize a memorable dining experience for bus companies, family gatherings and occasions of all kinds.

Swiss stone pine in the cuisine

Depending on the season, dishes are subtly refined with pine, for example risotto or to flavour fillings for pasta.

The home-made Zirbelschnaps (pinecone schnapps) at the hotel bar makes for an excellent digestif.
