• The prices quoted are per person and night, including gourmet half-board or breakfast as specified, as well as all other inclusive services (free Südtirol Guest Pass, use of the wellness area-sauna, etc.).
• The child discount always applies when there are 2 full-paying guests in the room. The children’s rates include the breakfast buffet, the dinner menu, as well as the free Südtirol Guest Pass (from 6 yo).
• The indicated prices do not include the tourist tax of 3,00 € (from 14 yo), calculated per night per person; it is to be settled directly on-site.
• Price reduction of € 10,00 on half-board for stays including breakfast.
• Our half board can be added flexibly on site at any time for € 18,00 per person.
• Single Room Supplement: Our double rooms in the Mansard without a balcony can also be booked as single rooms. Depending on the season, a supplement of € 40-60 per day applies. Double rooms in the Standard and Comfort categories with a balcony are available on request. Please note that we do not offer double rooms for single use during the high season.
• Discounts and offers cannot be combined. Our packages are fixed-price; unused services are not refundable.

Valid for 2 full-paying adults (excluding special offer weeks):

• 0-3 years old: free accommodation and breakfast /  Dinner: € 15 per day
• 3-7 years old                                                        50% discount
• 7-14 years old                                                      30% discount
• 14 years and older / adults in the 3rd bed    20% discount

In a double room with one adult and one child, the adult rate applies.
