The Südtirol Guest Pass “RittenCard” is included in your room rate and allows you to use buses and trains  across South Tyrol for free.

Regional trains across South Tyrol (up to Trento) City, regional and hiking buses

Ritten railway (Klobenstein - Oberbozen) Ritten cable car (Bolzano - Oberbozen)

Ritten Horn cable car → 1 round trip per day included

Important information

Museums NOT INCLUDED since 01/01/2025  (exception: Plattner Bee Museum)

Dogs require a separate ticket

Validation required before each ride (blue machines) Personal & non-transferable

How to receive it

You will receive the RittenCard as a PDF via email at check-in.

 Arrival by train (early access)

To use it upon arrival, please send by 6 pm the day before:

First, last name & Date of birth of all guests

This allows immediate use on arrival.
