Lorenz is a passionate sommelier. Wine is his world, just like the mountains of South Tyrol. As a trained nature and landscape guide, he knows the Ritten like his second home and is always happy to share its beauty with our guests. His passion for hunting is also reflected in our cuisine: honest game dishes rooted in the region - simple, authentic, and full of character.
