OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

• From booking up to 60 days before arrival: free cancellation (the deposit will be refunded or credited if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival)
• From 60 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
• From 30 to 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
• From 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total price

These cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether the cancelled rooms are fully or partially rebooked. In case of no-show or early departure, the entire stay will be charged at 100%. Cancellations are only accepted in writing. There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, Part III, Title III, Chapter I).
