OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge.
• Cancellation from 60 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged.
• Cancellation from 30 to 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total price will be charged.
• Cancellation within 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total price will be charged.

Important information:

• Deposit: As deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation, we recommend taking out travel insurance.
• No-Show: In case of no-show without prior cancellation, the full booking price will be charged.
• Early departure: In case of early departure, the booking price is non-refundable, minus unused meals.
• Room cancellations: Cancellations are only valid in writing and with confirmation from hotel zum Zirm.
