 - In case of cancellation between 7 days before arrival and the day of arrival, 100% of the agreed travel price will be charged.

- In case of cancellation between 30 days and 7 days before arrival, 90% of the agreed travel price will be charged.

- In case of cancellation between 60 days and 30 days before arrival, 50% of the agreed travel price will be charged.

- The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.

- Room cancellations are only valid in writing and confirmed by the Berghotel zum Zirm!
